Our Pastoral Team
Pastor Vincent enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, good movies, durians, preaching the Word and empowering people to serve in their God-given calling. An accountant by training, he responded to the invitation to serve full time in Bartley Christian Church in 1985. In 1991, he helped to plant its daughter church, RiverLife Church and served as a Pastor and then, for 12 years, as the Senior Pastor until 2011. He and his wife, Jenny, was then led to plant Kingdom Community Church (KCC), with the blessing and initial financial support of RiverLife Church. He did his Masters of Divinity in Trinity Theological College in Singapore. As Senior Pastor, he leads the Pastoral and Staff team and is the lead overseer and a spiritual father of the Church.
Pastor Jenny is married to Pastor Vincent and planted KCC together with Him. A good time of relaxation for her will be spending unhurried time with family and friends, studying the Word and watching Korean drama. A trained teacher, she has taught in a Junior college, Bible College and the English Learning Center in the National University of Singapore. A gifted bible teacher and caring pastor with a “mother’s heart”, her passion is to see people grow in the Word, emotional wholeness and relational health. She has a Masters of Arts (Education) from Wheaton College (USA) and a Masters of Arts in Applied Linguistics from NTU/NIE, Singapore. She oversees Christian Education, assimilation, pastoral services, several cells and serves alongside Pastor Vincent as a spiritual mother of KCC.
Pastor Joe Chan (Bi-vocational Pastor) is a founding member of KCC. Together with his wife, Corrine, they have led cells for as long as they can remember! They are now cell overseers of several cells. They also serve in the Building Strong Marriages (BSM) ministry and are passionate about mentoring dating or newly married couples. Joe runs his own business and likes to cook up a storm in his free time. His mantra is “Church is Family”!

A gifted preacher of the Word and caring shepherd, her joy is to see people grow strong in the Lord, become rooted in the KCC family and a good steward of their God-given gifts. In KCC, she is known as “风雨不改”,which means “rain, moon or shine, she can be counted on”
Shun Fa (volunteer) works in the transport industry and serves together with Meng Yueh in pastoring our Chinese congregation. With the gift of exhortation and intercession, Shun Fa never fails to spur others around him with his passion for our Lord Jesus.

Our External Council of Spiritual Advisors
Rev Dr Wee Boon Hup
Bishop Emeritus of the Methodist Church of Singapore
Pastor William Lee
Pastor Emeritus of Bartley Christian Church
Kingdom Community Church seeks to build God’s kingdom on earth through our gifts and resources: led by the Senior Pastor and Pastoral Team, governed by the Board, influenced by an External Council of Spiritual Advisors (ECSA), supported by the staff and lived out by every member.
The ECSA comprises godly Spiritual Advisors from outside the church, who represents the larger body of Christ to protect the church through counsel, prayer and, if required, intervention of conflict and disciplinary issues relating to the Senior Pastor, a member of the church Board or Senior Pastoral Team.
The Spiritual Advisors protect and encourage a positive spiritual climate within the church government, especially between the Senior Pastor and the Board. They are not a governing but a spiritual body called to provide accountability and maintain stability in potentially conflictual and divisive situations between the Senior Pastor and the Board.
